I have the same thing. When my nips are hard they look perfect, when i'm hot they get all puffy, i hate it, i wish there was a pill too keep them hard.
it's extra breast tissue. i'm thinking of getting it removed next winter.
Summer time i try to stay in the pool to keep the nips cooled off.

$4800...qualified surgeon,op room and anastiesia...worth every penny.

it has now been 21 days since surgery,i benched for the first time since..pushed 365 x8 felt a little pressure but nothing exteme..i have no limitations..first week was a little rough but it got better quick.nips are still sensative but i feel great.there is still some swelling which should subside in a few weeks.

il post comparison pics in about 4 weeks..before and after

hey Devldog, I had that done back in 1990 and I have been happy with the results ever since. I have little holes but you can't see them you can only feel the pocket with pressure to the nipple. It is just a great operation. Also, I didn't lose any nipple sensation hah...

i have something similar.
but usually when i get cold, they go hard or if i pinch them they go stiff.
i asked a doctor about it and he didn't really give me much to go on.

i had both done,he cut the bottom 1/2 of the nipple and pulled out the gland which in his words was a size of a small steak,and then he made an incission under each armpit 1/3 of an inch and used tumecent lipo to remove any remaining fat..the nipples are the more sore.from what i can feel anyway.there isnt much feeling in them.not until all the nerves rgenerate...i had regular lipo(abs,sides and back )done 2 yrs ago and the pain doesnt even compare to that..that was horrable.i can deal with this.

D-dog you are crazy only after 21days you are working out, legs right?
I had trouble sleeping, I sleep on my stomach. every time I got up the fluid or the skin I could feel it. Like moving. Painfull. I had the surgery before July, I posted pics recently before and after. It was totaly covered under my insurance so I paid nothing, 50 bucks. I also had a testicle removed so it was a side effect of my horemones being messed up!!! at least thats the story I am sticking with. I never done any AS until I got low test and started gaining weight. Now the ab stuff its weird cause we know that high estrogen produces wide waist and breast in men but trying to convience the insurance company about love handles and abs being estrogen related.........they weren't buying it. Be very careful during recovery don't over do it. 2 guys from Orlando from a diffrent dr. had to go back because they were all to eager to lift again and got fluid build up. They had to get cut open again. Those plugs hurt like hell@@@@ coming out. They didn't numb me at all.
