my leg routine kind of goes like this:
squat warm ups
135 x 20 - 225 x 20 - 315 x 20
squat sets
405 x 12 for 6 sets
495 x 8 for 2 sets
after i am done i go back down dropping one plate on each side at a time
i superset leg extensions and leg curls. i do 3 sets for each exercise and do 12 reps.
calf raises
315 x 20
405 x 10
495 x 10
585 x 8
after i am done i go back done dropping one plate on each side at a time
