training partner
This is my training partner. He was hoping he could get some feedback. I will have to get his stats from him, my memory isn't so good. I know he weighs in around 230.

yea, he looks OK i guess, strong point seems to be his traps, weak point seems to be arms and higher body fat.

I'd say work legs, arms, shoulders, chest, etc.

He needs to eat more, training is only part of it if he wants more size,...
although his legs have some muscle.. he needs more width... and to get that, you need food, rest, and heavy weights..
my guess,
he doesn't do much with his back, concentrates on high reps, and works out 4-5 times per week..
try..
a different workout that has low rep, high weight, and 3 times per week.. hitting the same body part only 1 time every 5 days.The answer to your every question
