Well, for some of you who know me, I was attempting that diet of mine, well, as you can see in the pictures, it didn't go well :D
I basically dumped the Clen and diet and now I guess i'm just trying to gain muscle mass. There are some of my stats, might be a bit off, haven't really kept record in past month or so.
You can definitely see there is alot of thickness there to work with. Good work bro. Traps look really big.

thnx for the comments all, i always thought my arms were one of my weak spots, well I guess it's mainly my biceps, i don't really have that peak going, but do like the way my triceps are coming in
