Pumped bigrob, I've taken some time to train lighter, get my knees back to about 70%, etc. Being big is no longer my goal, being a walking example of my business (Vizual X-Cellence) is.

Too damm fat and too long a layoff to have much of a peak on the bicep, but the forearms still look halfway decent. Only body part I've trained all this time. :D
