    Looking for some opinions!!!

    Just looking for some opinions...been working out since i was 15, im 20 now. Im currently at 180 at 5'10. Never takin any kind of steroids . Looking for some advice, suggestions. Looking to get biceps larger, starting to think I naturally cannot have large biceps?Who knows? Falme on

    Well, overall you have a decent shape, just need to add mass evenly throughout your body. What's your diet and training split like?

    And before anyone else gets a chance...we are your legs?!?

    I have been doing legs quit a bit actually. When i was in highschool I was very into getting in shape for baseball seaon, I was running 2 mile sa day and would do legs twice a week. Im currently squatting 315, im legs arent huge but def not small. My diet was actually pretty week, I was down to 165 freshman year of college because I had a strict diet. Im a little thicker than I usually but my diet is strict. I stay away from fatty foods, at school i eat lot sof protien. After workouts I have my mega whey shake. Ive never had a set workout, I usually mix it up, I usually do what is not sore but at the same time i make sure I dont overtrain or do the same muscle twic ein one week. Is that a bad way to go about working out?
