    gonna bulk. critique

    yes i know im thin. i think my back is pretty big and i think i need to fill that out more to look more proportional.... im wanting to gain mostly on my chest and arms. anywhere else you guys could see that i could use some work?


    im a little over 6'2

    18 years old

    around 170-175

    i know i got a lot of work to do. but i want to do it right

    you are a little taller than me, and the same weight although less muscular than me when i started my first cycle.

    Focus on mass building movements to pack on size (deadlifts, squats, bench press), and just stick with heavy weight and lots of food. A proper diet with mass building exercises will do amazing things to your body, especially at 18, when you have a ton of testesterone in you.

    stay with it. your still young and still growing. get as much clean calories in as you can, train hard, and you should be growing in no time bro.
