    2 pics of s.p.g

    Hay chaps, bin bulking for the last 8 weeks natural, do you think I’ve gone overboard on the calories, do I need to cut back, or should I just carry on,,the way I’m going thanks… I have leg shots but couldn’t seem to up load them, their was about 6 that wont upload,, do you think my bf is around 18%
    i used a fat tester and that is what it said.... thanks

    I'd say your BF% is closer to 14% or in that range...

    those electric scales suck, always overshoot the %. but lookin good. how much longer u bulking for

    i don't think you overdid it on calories...I think you're in a great position now...what're your goals from this point on?

    Creatine and steroids can give false higher body fat readings to those electronic fat testers. I dont think you are under 10% but not over 15% either. Remember 15% is considered by military to be "ideal" body fat. It is no way fat, it is no way makes you a walking skeleton. Nothing wrong with being between 10 and 15% body fat. Especially because being under 10% is BAD for muscle growth and is a catabolic condition for your body to be in.

    Well my goals form hear and always are to get bigger, I always seem to be bulking, I have a quick metabolism and find it hard to gain weight, but I’m paranoid about body fat which is why I posted these pics, to see what people think.

    Hay, thanks for that I’m on Creatine all the time at the moment could of contributed to the body fat

    Bodyfat looks like it is def under 15%. Keep up the work.

    So if I gain 10lbs of fat the muscle will come more easily.
