Give me theme where I can improve my body
Iam 22 years old and 186cm tall in foods 6,1. My weight is 88kg thats mean 194 pounds. Iam visiting gym for 5 years and I gained to this days about 23kg (50,7 pounds). And I will start cycle next month. So I want know where I have to make more then max. for great look. My legs are horible I know...
My power is in max about 150kg on benchpress (330 pounds) or 6x120kg (6x265).

u look like u have a decsent base. its hard to tell from just one pic where ur weak points are. but i would say the arms could be worked on harder/better.

Hit your legs hard on cycle.
Give special attention to your pecs and bis.

Also, make sure to up your caloric intake on cycle. You seem to be really lean so you won't any problems with fat while bulking.

Up the calories like Xnathan said, I would go 500 cals above maintenance. Make sure your protein intake is at least 325-350 grams per day. Some guys would even be taking in even more while on cycle. you should fill out nicely on your cycle. good luck
