Iam 22 years old and 186cm tall in foods 6,1. My weight is 88kg thats mean 194 pounds. Iam visiting gym for 5 years and I gained to this days about 23kg (50,7 pounds). And I will start cycle next month. So I want know where I have to make more then max. for great look. My legs are horible I know...
My power is in max about 150kg on benchpress (330 pounds) or 6x120kg (6x265).
