    Critique me

    Here are a few pics. About to do my first cycle soon been training hardcore for about 3 years. 5'10 around 185 in these pics. I am holding a good amount of fat IMO in these and was on around 4k cals a day.







    Please post honest critiques. I know I need to gain a ton of size still.

    I would say, judging from the pics, your traps are a weak point.
    Very nice build though....

    You don't have ALOT of fat....
    what are your goals with the upcoming cycle? and what does IT look like?

    I really wanted to gain 10lbs lbm and pull up my weak points and then try to shred up. I am still contemplating what type of cycle to do whether prop or enanthate +dbol .I honestly have no idea how to get my traps to grow. I have tried everything I can think of, behind the back shrugs, front shrugs, haney shrugs you name it. My sources around here can only get IP and I'm having a hard time getting any qv stuff. Heres a sample of it.

    week 1:dbol 20-30mg day. Test Eth 500mg (twice a week 250)
    week 2:dbol 23-30mg day. Test Eth 500mg (twice a week 250)
    week 3:dbol 20-30mg day. Test Eth 500mg (twice a week 250)
    week 4:dbol 20-30mg day. Test Eth 500mg (twice a week 250)
    week 5:Test Eth 500mg (twice a week 250)
    week 6:Test Eth 500mg (twice a week 250)
    week 7:Test Eth 500mg (twice a week 250)
    week 8:Test Eth 500mg (twice a week 250)
    week 9:Test Eth 500mg (twice a week 250)
    week 10:Test Eth 500mg (twice a week 250)
    week 11: Nothing...PCT starts 12
    week 15: 20mg nolva ED
    week 16: 10mg nolva
    week 17: 10mg nolva

    I really wanted to add hcg but, I don't understand how to mix it and I was told its not necessary.

    HCG isn't necessary with that cycle bro.

    Looking real good for no cycles, only thing i'd do is work on your back/traps. and maybe a little bit more on chest

    nice wheels.

    Great job!

    You look symmetrical. Your calves need work from what I can see (they should be the same size as your bi's when both bi's and calves are flexed).

    I'd like to see a front double bi pose and a front torso shot (relaxed) in order to give you a more extensive critique as you requested by PM.

    looks like you've done some research. I would set the d-bol in the 30-40mg range. I like propionate better but that requires ED or EOD injects.
    as for the traps, try holding the weights at the peak of the excersize for about 5-10 seconds each rep. it's killer. you might have to lower the weight. Good luck bro.

    I don't know how to work on back/traps.

    I was doing this for a backworkout
    Deads
    Db Rows
    weighted pullups
    cable rows

    The last two months I've switched to
    BB rows
    Close grip pulldowns
    close grip cable rows
    machine rows

    Not too much fat either. I think you don't have a long way to go to drop it into the single digits

    I rep 245 on squat from 8-10 reps and then can do 275x6 or so. Haven't done deads in over 3 months. When i was doing deadlifts I was doing 335x6. Dumbell press for bench is around 80's. I rarely do flat BB.

    I'd say he's carrying around about 10# in water from a recent cycle... probably have more pec definition and separation in all muscles when PCT rids him of the water.

    lookin great bro. You pack on some more pounds with that frame and you will be a monster. I dont believe you are nearly as fat as you may think. A little water perhaps but not much fat. Good job.

    I am looking again at the pictures and wondering why I suggested water weight... doesnt look that bad and its obvious the camera and lighting is to blame for watered appearance. Its often better to take outdoors pictures as opposed to indoors with these small lens digital cameras.

    I dunno, my camera is a pos. I'll probably get some outside after the cycle. I DO hold a good amount of water though.

    Looking good, quads are real strong. Back seperation is good just need some more mass. Stick mostly to rowing excercises. Try upright rows with a narrow grip in addition to the shrugs for your traps. Good luck with the cycle I'm 7 weeks into my first cycle now and am pretty happy with the gains thus far.

    im 5'10 175 and hold a lot more fat then you...lookin good...def good taper but need to work on lats for that "wing like" look and the traps as already said...other then that sick especially quads
