recent pics of me while cutting
I have been on my leaning down diet for about the past 3 1/2 months. In that time i have lost about 20lbs. But I still need to lose some more to get where I want to be. I am currently at 220 and I'm 19 years old. Any advice on what I should work on would be appreciated. Thanks

you look good bro. Seems you are doing all the right stuff. If I were to critique anything, I would suggest more concentration on the biceps... other than that small tidbit, keep it up!

Nice quads. Pretty good size for 19. When I was 19 I was only 140lbs. Keep up the good work.

Thanks everyone for the compliments, more motivation to keep on pumpin.
I am 6'1, I would like to eventually compete but right now I feel to small. For my height I feel like I would be at a disadvantage. Also I agree with everyone else here my biceps and chest do need work. Ive been tryin to hit them as hard as I can to bring them up. They have always been a weak area for me. Again I thank everyone for the compliments.

legs look like the total strongpoint in my opinion. great work and keep it up!! more biceps tho in my honest opinion, but hey!! Im the stereotypical youngin who loves the big a$$ arms!! i could easily say mine are way bigger than they should be for a complete proportionality!! GOOD WORK!! KEEP IT UP!!!

Nice separation through your back, keep up the good work, and good luck on competing.

You definately have a good base for competition. Most people above 6'1 or 6'2 are too lanky and find it too difficult to put on weight. You obviously have some good diet and training knowledge
