pics, plz critique
sup, im 18 3/4, basically 19, 5'5 , 5'6 with shoes, been lifting for 3 years total but its on and off, im sr in highschool, not even thinking of roids just doing my research for when im older.. and i like to be informed, and know the truth. i weigh 157 lbs.
im using a logitech webcam which has like a 2 second self timer so its extremely hard to take decent pics, much less posing, also i couldnt take any of back because its too short of a timer for me to flex it.. also the lighting is terrible because i dont know why, please take note of that. other than that what u think? and i have some more

attempt at back poses

u look like you have a good base to start with so far and you look like your eating prety clean keep it going and youll be happy with the results in the future.

start adding calories every week or so if ya wanna bulk up, do as much as you can until you stop growin!

good base, imo i would put on some mass. but looking good. if i had to critique i would say work chest a lil harder

thx alot, it means alot coming from ppl on this board because IMO most of you are jacked mutants.. lol , yes i posted those today in hopes of starting to bulk and put on more mass, i get strong and lean but, i want to start with mass. i calculated all my diet requirements and got it ready, but what about training? heavy weight, low reps?? will this increase size as well as strength?? i usually train totall perfect form with like 10-12 rep range 3 sets..

Look a hell of a lot better than me, and the scary thing is that I am coming up on the 2 year mark for training. I am about to turn 19, and I think that you look a hell of a lot better than a ton of people I see training in my college gym. Keep at it, and you should be a monster in about 2 or 3 years.
