MJJ23 pics
What up everyone. I have been here for awhile now, but haven't had much time to post. Currently I am finishing my first cycle of sustanon and dbol . I am 23, just checked my stats today and am up to 215lbs at 6'1". I took some before pics but can't find them on my computer. I think I put them on a disk, I'll try to find them. Here are some current pics of me. Please give me some tips on what you think I should work on.
My goal for the future is to gain another 20lbs and try to stay lean. I have no idea how to pose!!!!!Last edited by MJJ23; 04-28-2005 at 08:02 PM.

not bad.. i would work on ur arms and shoulders better.. what were ur gains from this cycle?

looking lean brotha man
you can see the fronts delts are all good in your back double bi shot. i was suprised you were 215 at 6'1 w/ your low bf, but if you say so. like the lower chest development that is still showing at your lean state. 20 lbs on you with low bf would be nice. arms do need work , but in time they will come around. they just look flat not bad

This was my first cycle so I thought I would start off slow.
300mg Sustanon week 1-10: 100mg every mon-wed-fri
25mg Dbol ED week 1-4
I gained 15lbs and not much fat or water so I am pretty happy with that. I have always been very lean and had a hard time gaining weight. But with increasing calories I have been finally able to put on some mass. I wish I would have gone with 500mg of test for my first cycle. My next cycle I was thinking about going with 500mg Test E, deca and dbol. But I have not decided yet.

Thanks partyboy, I have been training bis and tris really hard. I usually only do them 1 day a week also, so I'm not sure why they aren't responding as well. I don't think I could be overtaing them. I'm sure its just gonna take some time like you said.

Widen your shoulders and most definately widen your lats. That
will bring your upper torso to the "bling" that is should be
ps. Rear deltoid. Look how much bigger your front and middle delts are in
comparisoin to your rear delt.
You have a lot of potential bro, keep up the good work and work those

Thanks for all the helpful replies. I was hoping I wouldn't get flamed to bad. I haven't really trained back or shoulders that hard the past few months. I have always been very self consious of my chest, so I have been working really hard trying to bring that up to par. Now I can finally focus on my lats and shoulders.

looks 215 to me
he's an inch taller than myself. we can't see his quads (which could add the weight) but he could very easily be 215. i'm 6'0 212 and have a simlar build i'm not fat and sloppy or anything.

Can anyone please take a guess at my % body fat? I don't want to waste my money on one of those plastic guages.
