T400 hurts like a mofo. What else you stacking with your t400?

so lets get this straight, 1400 calories:

    250 grams protein = 1000calories
    200 grams of carbs = 800 calories
    20 grams fat = 180 calories

that's 1980 calories, your 137 pounds, very low bodyfat. with your diet the t-400 would be a waste. try a real anabolic diet for 1 full year then comeback to the bean. you could have amazing results with proper eating. how many years have you trained? this is only my opinion, i'm sure others will have better advice. good luck.

i would work on adding more mass naturally, before starting any AAS...

Training/Diet/Sleep done properly will be much better for you IMO.

i have trained for a year. but not at this level. i have been training hard for about 2 months. is it bad to take a cycle now, when i am just starting the hard training? i was thinking that i could take a cycle now and get a good boost. then i could take another one a year later. i am new at this and i need reasons why not to take it now, if its bad.

train and diet hard for 2 years, then start cycling. as for the diet keeping you lean, no, will you become a fat ass, no. if you want to add size you have to gain weight, and it is nearly impossible to add lean mass alone without fat. 2 months of hard training is not even the tip of the iceberg. get some muscle maturity by training naturally and dieting, then think about the other stuff. i'm sure you'll look and feel alot better if you get to 160 or 170 naturally.

I will jump on this band-wagon... You have to eat. 1400 cal (1980 for that matter) is not enough to grow on... Hey, those are cutting cycle numbers... or even less. Like stated before me, train hard and eat clean meals (at least 6/day). Keep your proteins up and watch your body change.

    And zip those pants up!
