I knew that was your friend, that's not the point. I'm pretty sure everyone here is somewhat cocky in real life, but since we're all like that, we don't bring it here, it just stinks up the place.

So on a topic other than "Ethics in writing threads 101" what cycles were you on, and how long did you run them? I would find it hard to believe that is natural, but if it was, you have pretty damn good genetics or work ethic. Good job either way though, keep it up!

Before: bench 155.. military 115.. Now: bench 205.. military 185..

u sure thats correct?? with a military press of 185, seems like ud be doing wayyyy more then 205 on bench. i know guys that can put up 335 on bench and dont even do 185 on military press

Bench and military are not always a good measurement for eachother.
I can press 315 for 2 or 3 good reps on military and only max 425 once on bench.
His military is coming along great but the bench doesnt seem to be climbing as fast as everything else.

Tattoos cool or not are a matter a opinion. If u dont like them then dont get them.
I got 2 of them but always tried to get them in places easy to cover up by shorts or a shirt.

That is an awesome improvement dude! You aren't real big yet but got awesome strength for your size. Which would mean that your strength to weight ratio is probably awesome too. I bet you weigh about 170 now?
