30 lbs(lean mass) a year is a lot for someone your size already, but more power to ya, looking solid.

To be honest, I think it's just the angle that my arm is at. Its not flat with my back, its more towards my chest which I guess would be the reson my upper back looks flat. Either way, now that you pionted that out, I will be lifting harder on my back so that it looks lumpy from every angle.Quote:
