I am 5' 8" and 24 years old. I was 185lbs in the August 04 pics. I am currently around 200 and bulking clean.

The whole tat confusion is because some pics are a reflection from a mirror.

Yea it looks like 2001 and current 2004 had the best body fat... 02 and 03 you sort of lost the abs there but it worked for you, noticed a lot of areas grew up a lot in 02 and 03 as compared to 01... like mostly your traps, neck and shoulders developed a lot between 01 and 02.

My diet was a low/mod-carb, high protein/high fat diet. I took in about 1800-2000 kcals and did a **** load of cardio.
