    Before & After

    The first pic was taken about 2 months before the other two....i want to give it another go but unsure of what to take to bulk up with quality hard muscle....any suggestions

    And if you are wanting to just add some clean quality gains then I would do a prop/Eq cycle....Good stuff

    nice improvment made some very good gains in that time..as for critique from what i can see is work on ur delts. got any shots from the front and leg pics.

    seriously, what did you take? curious to know. well if your looking for a good cycle i suggest test e/eq cycle myself. great stuff great gains, mostly lean if behind the minor test water retention.

    Test en & dbol ...What advantage would test/EQ have over say test/winny or primo? ..thanx

    Don't we all. You can make "solid" gains and keep pretty much everything with proper pct and nutrition, but most "huge" gains are from water retention

    well the eq will actually add some clean quality hard muscle...(slow process) it will take 8 week are so to even see anything...Winny on the other hand will just harden up what muscles you do have..You don't really gain that much size from winny

    he does have some peaky lookig biceps huh? you are so lean up your calories and away you'll grow (tren & prop makes for some nice gains I'm thinking)!!!

    You had like no pecs at all before... Hope you didnt do dbol or test only cycle because your gains leave as fast as they came in post cycle with this stuff... not enough advanced training before steroid use so you wont be able to keep gains. Although you loose gains... your gains and muscle have anabolic muscle memory and quickly recover back to where you left off on next cycles, although when you do steroids too early with not enough natural training, you get back what you have now but you get stuck where you are now and wont gain more, so its probably best to get off the anabolics and go natural for a while.

    You are a small guy... winny and EQ are for fat guys trying to thin down... you need to think of muscle gainers like deca ... and dont use anything else but bulking muscle gainers like test/deca until you surpass 200 lbs.

    I put on close to 30 pnds in 2 months...i know im no monster but im happy with the progress relative to where i was....i dont think peanut butter and jelly would have put 65 pounds on my bench press....thanx for the input though

    I am off now....been off for 5 weeks and of the 30 pnds gained only lost 6...im sure ill lose more but figured it would of happened by now...as far as not being prepared for a cycle i have trained off and on for a few years however i let myself go and got way too skinny....but the dedication is there...i agree though, im a full blown newbie so natural is proly the way to go for a while...just wanted a jump start

    as far as you know is there anything out there other then deca that will bulk without the side effects of test (acne/hair)

    Thanx for the support.....im 5'9 and went from 155 to 185.....down around 180 now though (with sweat pants on).....as far as the guys on here saying i could of done that with proper nutrition, i agree...however it would of taken much longer to get going, unlike some of these guys i dont have multiple cycles under my belt or better yet i didnt stay on for way to long, not lookin to be the next ronnie coleman....im in it for the long run now and focusing on diet more then ever

    When I was natural I gained 35 pounds in 16 weeks naturally just by changing my diet and training routine. You are no where near your genetic limit and could have made those gains without AS.

    I worked out naturally, consistantly, and ate right for 20 years straight and put on 5lbs total in the 20 years. You gifted dudes with all these claims kill me. I am not calling you liers, I believe you, but not all of us are equal.
