Pics of me, am 18,
Hi i am 18 am from london, well here are my pics, not the best cause i just started, i dont go gym i got my own little gym been using it for 8months on and off, i do want a big chest and neck and arm muscals, , any tips thanks guys

bro i reccomend you start eating. Check out the diet forum. You look like you probably have a very fast metabolism so you are going to need to learn to love eating and eating often!

You want big chest, arms and neck? Make sure you do your squats and deadlifts in addition to the rest, and do what prime said.

Here's the core of what you should be doing: squats, rows, deadlifts, bench and shoulder presses and lots of quality food. Don't waste time with triceps kickbacks and cable curls etc. These exercises are the foundation and will pack on muscle where you want it.

Basicly if ur not getting big than your not eating enough. I tried rushing into using roids but even when on them you need to eat like a horse. Be patient and learn about roids whilst your getting your diet in check, then maybe 4 yrs down the line think about your first cycle

Yer but if i eat loads then wont i get a fat gut , or does it spred around your body ?
what shall i like a lot of? chicken? meat? Mc donaldes?

Good quality food, chicken, brown rice, cottage cheese, eggs, fresh vegetables, oatmeal, etc. Also don't waste your time with light weight high reps, go heavy weight with lower reps to pack on the muscle quicker.
