My goal is to look cut at 230lb range. Less then that makes me look like a twig because of my height.

I hear ya on the height thing, Im 6 3.

It sux having the little men look bigger than you when in reality they're not....

but whatever, they're still little and would love to be as tall as us.

i second that. i'd much rather be 6'2 cause once u get swole u look so much bigger then shorter people.

being tall does make it much harder to look larger, I'm 6'3 and it took me to get up to 265 in my avatar, now I'm hangin about 245-250 because my back just feels like hell when I weigh that much. But dam bro you look real good for 242.NICE JOB
