    This is me today

I just took these pics, I was both the model and photographer, so there was only so much I could do, but here's my stats:

    24 y.o.
    6'
    around 200 lbs.
    don't know bf %

I've been pretty serious about bodybuilding for the last 4 years. This site has helped so much that I have seen vast improvements since I found it. As you can tell, I'm not huge and don't really plan on getting huge, maybe 220-230 tops and that may take a few years. I've never done gear and don't have any plans to, just some 1-AD in the past. Basically, I'm just after symmetry here.

Any advice on things I could bring up, based on these pics?

Sucks to have a high bicep insertion doesn't it? I think the arms are the point that you could improve on the most. Triceps to me look to be lagging compared to everything else. Overall look pretty good, just work to add more all around size.

Looking good, looks like you have a big frame to work with. Just like everyone else said, get your bi's/tri's/forearms in pace with the rest of the body and you'll look awesome. Good work.

    Thanks guys

I always thought my arms were one of my best features and then looking at the pictures, they don't seem up to par. They're just under 16", so I definitely do need to work on em. I've been hitting them after back and doing about 10-12 sets, but I'm thinking of making a separate day just for bi's, forearms, and calves. Any thoughts on this idea?
