    Bro, when you did the Test Prop and Var cycle. How many mgs of var did you use?

    I'm about to add Var to my prop cycle and am still unsure of how much to do.

    I used only 40mg ED then. Everybody is different tho, plus it could be the type of Var i was using, but i only recommend 50-60mg or more for using Var (prefer 60mg)

    Im taking 75mg ED now!!

    thats when i was taking tprop tho, so it wouldnt even matter,,,, but now im taking 75mg by itself.... i can feel a lil decrease in sex drive but im not shut down. Im also taking trib and avina sativa

    Right on bro. I think you're a great size. I'm also 5'10" and 180 currently, but I can't seem to get my bf below 8%. I want your fuggin abs man. Maybe I should start doing cardio or something...lol

    hahhahaa cardio is huge bro!!! I have a tri-cardio workout. 10minutes on treadmill L7, 10minutes on Eliptical machine (that skiing thing), and 10minutes on bike. makes cardio go alot faster!!

    Do you do it on lift days or only non-lift days? If on lift days, when do you do it in relation to working out?

    have u noticed ur lifts going up since using var? im planning out just a var and maybe some clen cycle once i get myself a dam job, just to cut up a bit/get my lifting #'s higher, never tried it before, how have u liked the results??

    to be honest, i think the best way to do it is to run in the mornings ED and then lift in afternoons... but i do cardio ED right before my lifts.... Im sure it weakens me alil but thats the only time i have. (i need my sleep in the morning)

    plus i hit the speed and heavy bag after lifting. this is by far best workout ive ever had!!!

    im defly feeling a little stronger... i tell everyone its not in the muscle strength but in the stamina. I feel no fatigue during my lifts which is the best feeling ever!! (i sound like a 4 year old hahhaha) Im also taking clen as well. Summer time is calling baby!!

    i loved my results from last time, kept all my strength. Didnt gain any weight, but i did that on purpose tho.

    Right on. I used to do cardio immediately after working out and caught all kinda hell for it. Maybe I will try the before thing. Of course, I guess I could get up an hour earlier and make the trip to the gym...sigh
