Back is your weak part. Focus on it. You lack width. I'd try to focus on arms too.

    Legs and chest look good.

I'm 6'2 too here and I know how tough it is to fill up our kind of frames.

Agreed, focus on back a little more. Seperations look good. Chest looks good. You have done a very good job so far and with your body type you have tons more potential. Keep up the good work.

I'd work on arm mass first. Overall you've got a great base, I for one know how hard it is to come back from an injury...congrats and stick to it.

yeah, i feel like i need to thickin and widen out, but as u guys said it is hard to do so on a 6'2 frame. i got everything in check basically as far as diet, training, rest, and im still fairly young so i can put on muscle somewhat fast. thanks for the comments and keep them comin.

agree.... back needs the most work. chest is hands down your strong point. Overall not bad. Thicken those arms and back a bit and you will be good.

    You're looking good

I might suggest you do some bulking. To make decent gains you need to consume more calories than you burn. From the boniness around your clooarbone I'd suggest you're not eating enough at this point.

yes your legs and chest are good!! i would suggest some back pulls and lat pulldowns as well as a change in your arm routine ! and if you want this problem can easily be fixed with one small cycle of deca and test cyp ! come to the dark side !

yea your lookin kinda skinny....arms and back need to be thicker...legs are thick just need more definition..chest looks koo..traps look small just because looks like your straining them to make them look big...people with big traps dont gota stress them so much when flexing...but not bad for your age

I think you're doing quite well. Keep at it. For your age and especially your height you're doing well. At 6'5" I can certainly feel your pain with trying to look bigger. Keep kicking butt in the gym and eating a ton and you, my friend, will be a monster in no time. Mark

The back looks especially small compared to other areas of the body.

when you flex you traps dont role your shoulders forward so we can judge the thickness ;D .
look good over all i would clean bulk HARD and STRICT because the bigger the base the better the gear will serve you.
Eat lots get ample rest n' make sure you DONT overtrain for that will be most detrimental when someone becomes extremely eager to put on lean mass.
