    Two Year Update Pics.

    Well guys, highschool is almost over, i think i came on here as a freshman? Not to sure but wrestling is over and no more haveing to lose weight. Here are some pics, before and afters (Few years apart). Keep in mind i've had to lose about 10-15 pounds a year for season. So i'm still a skinny litte shit. Last time i posted pics was before i was banned lol. well here they are.

    u've definatly put in work, its easy to see ur gains. good job and keep it up.. its hard to tell what to critique from the photos but i would say chest needs a lil more work, what r ur stats?

    Stats are:

    Height: 5'9
    Weight: 175
    Arms: 16
    Quads: 23
    Calfs: 16
    Neck: 17.5
    Chest: 42

    All mesurements are cold, i was hoping i wasent going to have to post stats, show how small i really am . Anyone got a guess on my bf?

    P.S. From wrestling i can guage my BF pretty good, just lookin for other peoples opinions, my guess is around 12%

    You are definently looking really thick, good job bro! I would say a little higher than 12% bf, because from what I understand you start seeing abs at around 12%.

    I have to say 12% seems pretty accurate to me. I have been at 12% before and that is exactly what I looked like.

    You can see my abs ok, i was bloated off my ass when that was take lol.

    I'm gettin pissed, my abs are not showing up and i look fat, anyone have a hint on how to flex your abs? I just squeese the hell out of them.

    Pull your shoulders forwards and make out like you are doing a standing crunch (and crunch in your stomach). Dont feel bad even people that can pose out really awesome abs dont always have them visible in unposed shots. That means you might be over 8% body fat... some bastards are just so darn skinny the abs are revealed even if you photograph them sleeping, but then most of these guys have no pec or arms.

    Hey I captured this from your stats in earlier message:

    Height: 5'9
    Weight: 175

    OK you neglected to say what your belly button measurement and belt line measurements are.

    I am curious because your stats in places are very similar to mine so just for the sake of comparison, what are they?

    Above is yours... here is mine below:
    Height: 5'10"
    Weight: 182
    Arms: 14.5*
    Quads: 22
    Calfs: 14.75
    Neck: 17
    Chest 43.5
    Belly: 32.75
    Beltline: 32.25

    *Yea I know the arms are terrible... I can explain. When I first got back into weight training 4 years ago, I spent the first 2.5 years totally neglecting to do bicep and tricep exercises, however I concentrated on abs, chest, shoulders and legs. I mean the arms got some workout doing the chest and shoulders but I did not do any special tricep specific or preacher curls, etc until about 1.5 years ago... at that point I realized what a mistake I had made (and the arms then were 13 inches) because I allowed my bicep/tricep area to lag behind. Now I am playing catch up and now discovered bicep/triceps are slow growers. On my lagging leg numbers... well I had a bad case of knee bursitus first couple years... and this limited how hard I could push my legs. Believe it or not it wasnt until my first deca cycle that I was able to be free of the bursitus and put my legs thru a real workout. Yes Deca "CURED" my knee bursitus!
