    at the middle of cutting

    I am down to 231lb from 242.
    I am holding lots of water now, in the morning I wake up very shredded but due to my shitty diet I hold up water later on. I have to be more strict about it.
    Those are home pictures, in cold condition.

    Yes Sea Jackal I own a tanning salon. But I dont tan every week, twice a month is enough for me. I take beta carotene pills to keep my tan.
    I am 6'5" Hard gainer, fast loser. I did not work out properly for a year and half due to lack of motivation. I got back to track last Jan. Since Jan I have been trying to add some size, trim away the fat and lose excess water.
    My goal is to be around 225-230 with the lowest bf possible. Less than 220lb I look so thin I hate it.

    Well my breakfast is no good. I dont have time to prepare a nice breakfast for myself so I eat what ever the bakery has. I try to eat better at lunch and dinner. Since it is summer and it is damn hot my appetite is low, I can not eat more than 4 meals a day.
    I do not consume any sugar or salt, sometimes I eat fried stuff which is bad, I am trying to cut back fries.

    U looking good man. As far as your diet you need to work on it. Specially your breakfast because it gives you the fuel for the day. Maybe you could prepare your breakfast from the day before so like that you won't have to worry about it in the morning. What i do is i boil some eggs the night before and put it in ziploc bag, it doesn't have to be eggs, but i was just giving you an example. other than that there is nothing to say other than keep up the good work.
