Btw what's your height,weight and measurments because your arms look to be in the 18-20 inch range,chest looks to be about 46+ inches and you seem to be between 5'7-5'10" and in the 215-225lbs range.Are these fairly accurate.1 more thing

I'll answer all your questions.
My cycle was a 12 week cycle as is EQ inj, Test sust tabs, D-bol tabs, and Winny tabs.
EQ and Test all 12 weeks. D-bol first 3 weeks and Winny Last 3 weeks.
EQ 400mg/week
Test tabs 2 tabs every 4 hours 20mg/each/sublingual
D-bol 50mg/day
Winny 50mg/day
Now I am on a bulking cycle.
12 weeks: Sust, Deca, EQ, and Anadrol.
Sust and Deca all 12 weeks
EQ weeks 5-12
Anadrol weeks 3-5 and weeks 10-12
Sust 500mg/week
Deca 400mg/week
EQ 400mg/week
Anadrol 50mg/day except weeks 5 and 12 100mg/day
This cycle will end on the 4th of July and I will be huge compared to what you just saw. I just started my 3rd week of this cycle. I will be the walking talk of the 4th of July.
My stats:
Height 5' 11"
Weight 213
Arms 19 cold
Chest 49 cold
Goal for the 4th of July
Weight 230
Arms 22 cold
Chest 54 cold
I've got a bench press contest on May 4th and I will post a new thread with my progress pics. BTW I'm expected to bench 430-440 at the contest. Come the 4th of July the high 400's. But you never know with a little extra hard work 500 is possible.
