Sounds good, looks like you got a good frame there, just need to bend it in a few places.

hey BeerBaron, dont think you should bust on me dude. I guess you forgot you posted this "Tanning is great. It hides any inperfections in your skin, and make you look all around healthier. I think it does cut down on acne because it dries you out a little bit.I just use preventative..."
And not that I need to explain myself to anyone, (Iposted, and excpected sarcasm on the weight) but I have a scar the 8in wide and 15in long on my back, and wantted to make it blend in.

like working your traps.. good job...

look good, but yes.. diet is more important than exercise, or aas..

Look thick, and that's good.. the shoulders should be a big area you work on..

    but good job so far..

I got a fan club.. Yes, tanning is great, burning isn't. I was implying don't go so frequently until you build up a tan and will be less prone to burn.

    Your looking thick buddy!
personally i don't think the bf is THAT big of a problem 10weeks of hitting the cardio hard in the morning and you'll be looking sweet... you have the muscle there. Plus even though you may lose musle, if you cycle your carbs right, coupled with muscle memory you should be good to go...
Judging on you calves you must be quite tall as I'm 6'3 and my legs look the same as yours, so just hit em hard i guess!

    best of luck to you!

thanks guys. Its been a long road since my surgery, but it has been worth every second in the gym.
Corner Back I am 6'2" good call.
I have lost close to 30 lbs since dec 1st.
Alot was water weight etc. but I have incresed muscle mass.
So it is what it is.
I have learned more from 4 months on this site than I have in 26 years of life about lifting and dieting. Thanks guys

Here are a few update pics, have been strict on the diet and cardio. Its hard to take pics your self and get a good pose or flex in. I am still very happy with my progress, and still very motivated. When I first got back in January I was 302lbs...now at 255lbs,
