First cycle, after pics
Hi, I just completed my first cycle, I'm 20 yr 5'9. Before 162lbs 11%, yeah skinny, after 176lbs I guess 7-8% bf, still skinny but bigger lol. Sorry for the all the different size pics. I was having enough trouble loading them. . I know I still have alot of flaws but I will be improving them on my next cycle. I took all the pics myself and the last two were with the little computer cam so sorry for the low quality.

LOL, yeah the pics are small, if you click on them they will get bigger but I don't know how much that helps. I'll take bigger pics next time.

Thanks for the compliments. I was alot more defined a week or so ago. I'm bloated in those pics, I'm usually alot drier. This past week has been nothing but cookies, chocolates and doughnuts for me, barely getting in protein, I feel like the dough boy lol. Next cycle I'm going to really going to get defined and grow alot more.
My next cycle I'm doing
Eq 400mg 1-8
Prop 100mg ed 1-10
Fina 75mg ed 2-10
Dbol 25mg ed 2 weeks on 2 off intervlas
First cycle
Cyp 400mg 1-10
Fina 75mg eod 6-12
Dbol 25mg 1-4
I'll keep you up dated and get better pics

You need to EAT!!!! Read up on Dbol ...your protein intake should be well over 300g at the minimum per day at your weight. Match your carbs to protein to put on some size. Just suggestions for your next cycle.
