hey guys, I'm 25, sorry for not postin that earlier.... will put some leg shots up tonight. when i started i was a huge ball of mush. i changed my eating habits, and eat only clean foods now. i dropped down to 159, then worked my way back up to my current weight 0f about 184 give or take a pound or so. i eat about 3500 - 4000 calories per day however i find that if i fall under 3000 i start to lose weight extremely fast. i have lost as much a 15 pounts in about a week in a half when my caloric intake drops below 3000 perday. it sucks and breaks my wallet. anyway i use to use 1-AD and 1-TU, but i wasnt seeing any gains so i swiched to a combo of biotest mag10, m-1p, m-1t, and primobolan . not the depot but the primobolan that acts an an aromatase inhibitor, like 6-oxo. after 2 weeks of the mag 10 and 4 additional weeks of the others i saw about a 9 pound gain in weight, while staying very lean. bench went from 245- 295 in that time. i just bought superdrol to combine with the m-1t, and mag 10 but i will need more research before i combine them.
    thanks guys

thanks for all the great feedback guys.... for the future , i would like to trim down my BF% to show some more abs and i would like to bulk up my calves, chest.... i wasnt born with the best of genetics, we all have small chest's and chicken legs.... so future goals are as follows bulk up to about 196, and lean out BF% to show the 6 pack.
now how did i do it.... well believe it or not i didnt always look like that before pick. i have been an athlete since i was 5 years old. doing various sports but my forte was always martial arts. i have earned my blackbelt in karate, ju jitsu, and aikido. however i was involved in a near fatal car which ruptured 2 disks in my lower back, and subsequently forced me to retire from my martial arts career. i became very depressed and swollen, oh okay FAT real FAT, then one day i decided back probs or not i neede a change. i knew i had the tool to do it and now i just needed the right mind set. martial arts taught me never to give up, never.... and thats just i did... i worked and worked in the gym and never gave up. i also put pictures up on my walls of how i use to look as a reminder to not slack off. it seems to work very well
    thanks again guys
    more pick soon

thank guys..... i really appreciate all the positive feedback.
a few people had asked some questions so first off im 25 yrs old.... and most of my routine was very unorthodox i guess. when i started lifting just under a year ago, i wasnt to obsessed with gettin big i simply wanted to lose weight. well i guess it got a little out of hand and i got down to 159 lbs. and looked real anorexic, it wasnt the look i wanted but i did it by doing tons of cardio after lifting and only eating chicken, fish and veggies. after havin so many people ask me if i was sick i then turned my focus on gaining weight and found how hard it was gain while doing so much cardio. i completely stopped doing cardio for about 5 months and got my weight up to about 178 where i remained for a while, until i encorporated M1t and 4Ad. i now fluxuate between 185 and 187, and do cardio about 3 times a week after light workout days, or weekends when im not lifting. i would like to do morning cario but i love sleep to much ....lol thanks guys i will keep ya posted of my future progress.
