Congrats bro you look great in those pics! How well did you compare in the overall?
Some of your competition looked a little off! I honestly cant see why they had you stand next to those two guys in the rear dounle bicep shot. I guess that must have been before the individual callouts?

thanks prime, actually some of the pics are from the overall.So yeah I took the overall easily too.Far as i was concerned there was onlly three people who really belonged on stage that day so hopefully when I do the Ironman on dec 3rd the competitors will be better thanks for the compliments.

The guy who ran the show thew a little pizza party at a local italian resturant and I must of ate a family sized pizza to myself and about three pitchers of pop.Yep pretty stupid I know,esspecially since I have another show on dec 3rd.I put on 19lbs in less then 24 hours,ouch!

damn!! how much did you bloat out?
After my show i ate two dinners and 4 bottles of j20 a few cupcakes and some chocolate. My stomach balooned with gas, it was rather uncomfortable (that was a 7lb gain 2 hours, diddnt manage 19lbs in 24 hours though!).

I bloated tremendously, still am actually.My ankles are swollen bad and my abdomin is still quite distended,hard to sleep lying down!
