the picture on the left was taken 6 months ago, BEFORE I met the girlfriend. Since then, I have let myself slip a little bit.
I have been adding pictures every few days... I am real pleased with the way this cycle is working. If you look at the 2nd picture and then the latesyt pisture there is a HUGE difference. I have been busting my a55 on my chest and leg routines to try and gain some size. Everyone wants a bigger chest and bigger legs/calves, well almost everyone. I drank last night for the first time in 8 days. That is a personal record. I am waiting for some test prop, it's on the way. I have to do some reading up on it b4 going for it.

I am trying. I killed legs yesterday at the gym and it hurts when I sit on the crapper.
Any sample BULK leg routines??

Looking great brother....
U got the same look i like and try to keep. I always like the skinny ripped look instead of the big juicehead look.
I had the same problem with the girlfriend. I was looking insane till i met her and now dont have the same motivation i once had.

Ripped as shit! Maybe try to get your chest a little bigger, but thats just personal preferance. Looking awesome though, good luck with the cycle. Keep us updated.

Is it a horrible cycle? 5hit, I dunno. Worked pretty good before... Yeah, I had a realization with myself today. No more drinking, maybe a beer or 2 coulple times a week, but that's it.
7:00 am 30 minutes cardio
7:30 am 1/2 C Oatmeal with 30 grams Muscle Milk stirred in w/Tbsp Flaxseed Oil, 1 Banana
9:30 am 12 egg whites, salsa
11:30 am 50G Isopure Choc shake 1/2 banana, 1/2 handful almonds
2:30 pm 1 Chicken Breast, Baby carrots,
4:00 pm Protein Bar
4:30 pm Gym 1hr, maybe more if there is some ass at the gym
5:30 pm Purchase muscle milk protein drink at 24HR
6-7:00 Filet Mignon, Salmon Fillet, or Chick Breast. Veggies and Salad
9:00 pm 1/2 cup cottage cheese
That's kinda my diet.
Last month it sucked....

Okay, I really appreciate the advice to chill on the alcohol. Soooo, I am going to NOT drink for the first time on a Friday since Fridays were invented. It's hard as fukc not to drink in this town on the weekends.. Newport Beach, The OC in the summer time is a party in itself... Thanks for the tips!

if you wouldnt mind, i would really be appreciative if you could PM me your cycle experience. im amazed to know. Body looks great, regardless of what you called your shytty diet to be. just remember, you aint no robot, gotta fall off rhythm for a little bit or you would be killing yourself. and i bet that when you supposedly had your bad diet you still looked great and even felt good about doing what you were doing? if not i am wrong but thats how i get, i cant keep myself in containment to where im soo friggin repetitious about everything in my daily life. feedback would be greatly appreciated. thx

I stopped drinking a few days ago. Today is the 1st day that I actually DONT crave a beer or a Jack/Coke or a Grey Goose/Tonic or a..... Ahhhh, sh*t! No really, I am taking what you guys say seriously about the liver taking a beating from the supplements/roids/etc... I feel better too.
I seem to be eating better, however I have this "full" feeling a lot... Like I have to pass gas or sh*t or something...
I have been reading about those colonics and I am thinking about trucking to a clinic and going for it. I hear they make you feel a lot better, stomach flatter, etc.. Like a "new start".... I am a little freaked about something other than my chicks finger going up my ass.
Anyone ever had one?? Haha

Dude...you have an awesome look and I would be pretty damn happy with that. I can't beleive you are worried about your non-existent love handles...If mine looked like that I would be floating on air all day long. It sucks to have been blessed with the fat big house frame german genes I got.

Okay... 6'0", 204 lbs
bench 315 for 3,mayyyyyyybe 4... depends on the day
What else?? I don't max out for 1, EVER. But I do try and lift as much as possible for 3-4 every once in a while.
I do ALOT of drop sets, I f*ckin love drop sets... they get yer ass good..
