    Me last summer

    Feel free to critique the first pic i was 160 and th second pic i was 150

    well at the time i did it i wasnt as educated about ass as i am now,,i didnt run a pcy properly and it gave me alot o fatty tissue that i really dont like

    that was me nauturally about to years ago i didnt work legs much then but now i do,,those pics where taken at the docks night club in toronto it was a body compatition i made 500$ here is another pic from there its not really a body building comp its more of a hard body comp for the women at the club that night. and that seond pic was taken on stage that chinese dude just was working cleaing up the stage and stuff but anyways here is another pic to get a good idea of what it was,,its was jokes lol

    Do you not have any pictures that haven't been on that website.
    And show some pics that actually show you poseing, not with those unusual settings in them.

    yes ratemybody.com has my pics up under my profile..i posted this from my laptop at work and those actual pictures are on my desktop at home,,so i just uploaded them from my profile on the site to my laptop,,any picutre i put up under my profile on there site they label it with ratemybody logo.

    honestly i eat really shitty,,i eat everything that has protine even lots of fatty foods like mcdonalds ,,i dont really gain any fat my motabolism is pretty fast i guess,,i want to start dieting and take a cuttin cycle too just to see how far i can take my body to its peak,,i havnt really thoguht of a perfect cycle for me yet,,anysugestions from what you can see?

    i suggest no cycle in terms of AAS, but non AAS id go with clen for your cutter

    ohh i grow really fast its just not the same quality as if i was dienting and doing cardio..when i eat six meals a day regardless what it is i expand pretty quickly..but i also lose pretty quickly
