    Before cycle pics, 42 yr old, 5'9", 205 lbs

    Im starting my first cycle Aug 1st. I've been lifting for soooo long (30 years) and am really having a hard time gaining much of anything any more.

    My first cycle will be:
    test cyp, 500 mg, wk 1-15
    eq, 400 mg, wk 1-14
    Dbl, 40 mg, wk 1-4
    anavar , 40 mg, wk 11-15

    PCT will consist of nolva/clomid 4-weeks and trib.

    I will post after pics in Nov.

    Looking great, as I said before, back looks awesome, lats look great from the front. Arms, chest, legs..pretty much everything looks great. Hard to belive your 42. And also amazing that you have never cycled. Keep up the good work. Let us know how the cycle goes. You should see some nice gains. Good luck.

    yeah like the other guys said u look good as hell. especially for ur age. thats a pretty heave cycle for ur first. i would maybe drop the d-bol, just so u dont have so many compounds in u. but good luck with it.

    I would like to put on 30 lbs of lbm. Since I've never used AAS before I'm not sure how I will respond. From what I've heard, the first cycle is the most productive so I want to get the most out of it that I can. I have run a couple of PH cycles and responded well to those.

    I just started competing this year and plan on competing in a National Qualifier in '06. So, I want to get thick and also use AAS while cutting during contest prep to save as much lbm as possible.

    lookin sick bro, only thing i would do would be to drop the dbol since this cycle really isnt to much for bulking and add some more var, JMO though but lookin great

    C'mon, 42 ain't that old..I just turned 36 yesterday....My gf is 24......hehe

    BTW, daddy is going to get huge if his base is that....My god, if this guy never juiced before and he's already at that, watch out. He should consider competing in a Master's division? He just needs a hair transplant and he'll look like 28 years old. Not doggin ya either, I got a HT a year and a half ago and I LOVE IT. Took 10 years off my look.

    My best ORM flat bench is 385 however I'm nursing my left shoulder right now (from that 385) so going light. Incline DB's 120. I could do more but I can't kick up more then 120. I do rack deads with 495 for 6-7 reps and squat 455 for 6-8 reps. Leg press 1000 for 20 reps.

    As I get older Im trying to get away from sets less then 8-10 reps. I have more aches and pains (and injuries) from low rep heavy sets. This is hard for me, because I love to lift heavy. I will have to watch this while on cycle. I know I will be tempted to lift heavy but injuring myself in mid cycle would suck big time.

    Jep, Should be quite careful so won't get any injuries. My left shoulder and knee have both been operated few years ago. When I was in my cycle, I did 8-10 reps per set and never goed to failure. When you are in cycle, you don't feel the pain same like before. It's easy to lift heavier weights and there comes increased injury risk. Just keep your head cool and train good, should get great results.

    looking great man, but i'd up the doses a little bit, u've got a big size for the doses u listed.
    i'd do 750 Test and 500 Eq

    Its your first cycle start out with the plan you have I say, hell the way you look now you might not need much at all.

    I knew very little about weight lifting back then. My parents bought my brother and I a cheap plastic/cement weight set,a bench and the book "Pumping Iron". I think it was supposed to improve my brothers low self esteem. I started lifting everyday until I was 15 and then learned that I should rest some. At 15 I could put 150lbs over my head and at 16 I took 2nd (165lbs and under class)in an open deadlifting contest. I deadlifted 350lbs. Still have the picture of me holding the weight! Some old SOB beat me though with a 400 lb deadlift.

    My son is 14 and is now my training partner. He's just started though. He loves lifting with me and really gets a kick out of outlifting anyone older then he is.
