Show Pics
I am a bit imbrassed to post these, but good learning experince for other so here they are. My show pics, i was 178lbs and they fit me into middle weight, I was 15lbs lighter than Nov 00. I over did the cardio/diet/supplements big time and paid the price. Very important to have someone objective to coach you at end especially as you are not.

Pics aren't bad EC but you looked harder in real life...and much drier for the evening show. I will agree I was a little shocked when we went to the weigh in, but live and learn. You were conditioned and that is a major part of show success. Timing was a little off (pre-judging) and other than that....there were no glaring weaknesses.

I said "glaring" weaknesses...you and I had already discussed that your arms and abs were weak links and needed attention. I was merely stating that you weren't even close to being embarrased up there. You were lean and conditioned. Know you know what you have to work on to have the total package...and make sure you write down the details on the cheeseburgers!!

eye-candy....Even though you say you were a bit embarressed with your pics I think you deserve alot of credit for going thru the whole process of getting ready for a contest. That takes alot of dedication and will power. You still looked very well conditioned and most guys would love to be built like you.

thanks everyone, Dr.D considering your experince and contest placing thanks means a lot, but too much knowledge can be bad too sometimes... like i said objective eye at end is very important. All the failure is doing for me it making me train harder and eat better this year.

To me you look good, but of course I am not a judge.
Better luck next time and yes it's best to have an objective view.

Your overall Physique looks great , and you deserve props on a job well done. It does you look like you came in a bit too smooth but definately nothing to be embarrased about my friend.More knowledge for your arsenal!

Hey E_C, you look pretty good Bro, don't short change yourself, you went through the diet and training regiment that not that many people in the world can handle. You achieved a lot of knowledge and learned a lot about your body…it’s impossible to come in 100% all the time even pro’s can’t do it…
over dieted maybe, but you will know what not to do next time…so for now train hard, eat smart and work hard Bro…and next time it’ll be ALL YOU….you did good Bro.....

You look great. Don't worry about it. Think of how many fat slobs on the street would give their left arm to look that good!

EC, what music did you use for the night show and how long was your routine? just wonderin'.

ozzy madona, crazy train re-mix, and was about 50sec. long. Our routine are not judge so i didn't spend too much time on it.

Seriously?, You mean if you were close to some of the others in your weight Class at prejudging the night routinewould still make no difference?

It could but show's are small enough that we do routine Am and PM, and they compare again at night show if needed.
