Hmm I don't know man maybe a clearer pic?
Don't wanna be harsh but in ur case I think it's harder cause there is not that muscular foundation

taken today... i did a bf reading in boots pharmacy, it said 15%, i think its 20ish though?

Right now im sitting around 190 pounds. Im 20 so i havent cycled and dont plan on doing so any time soon. My long term goal is to be huge, like dorian yates' size, or maybe branch warren (like that'll happen).
I want to get to about 200-205 with 10% body fat before i cycle.

thanks m8, so in your opinion, would it be good for me to loose some fat before i bulk again?? Or should i try to get to 205 from where i am now?
I find it hard to keep muscle when cutting fat, any tips?

i would tell u what u will do if i where u.
Id bulk up but clean bulk if u can say it like that to even 215lbs, try not to go over 16% bf, i know its hard but if u put ur mind to it then its possible.
Then see how u feel from there on forward. Try and get as heavy as possible and keep ur BF% as low as possible, therefore ull have a great solid base to start off when u use Anabolics. Ull be in heaven mate..... Trust me
