What do we compare these to? To see your "progress".

good progress so far, got rid of the belly, now concentrate on your diet and training. Your legs need work as well as your arms are lagging. Your chest and back look like strong points. I would do more squats, deadlifts, and military press for your shoulder development.. Overall good progress, keep it up and you'll look great.

cacti: Thanks brother now only if you were a girl JK
Dalton5: Care to explain your random post ?
IBdmfkr Hey IBdmfkr thanks for the heads up man I have been waiting for a critique post. I have come down with the flu and have missed 4 days training. Reading your post makes me want to hit the gym and kill the arms and quadsLast edited by Jorg; 08-28-2005 at 06:59 AM.

glad you didn't take offense, when I posted my pics thats the kinda response that really got me motivated, glad it could do the same for you. (I'm personally tired of people sugar coating critiques, doesn't help a thing) and remember to readup in the diet forum, diet is KEY.

more squats and deads, they are essential.. upper can't reach its full potential if you don't bring your legs up with it. "do it"

be sure to get deep into your squats for a full range of motion and to really tear the muscle. Yes you can superset legs, but if you have the time I would just say lift heavy and take the appropriate rest. lookin good though, just need some fine tuning.

Thanks again fellas, should have a few more pics up after the w/end.
I'm getting annoyed with two things, my bench hasn't gained a pound in over 3 weeks and worse still I have only gained 7Lb in 2months. I have changed my diet several times over the 8 months training. I am currently 162lb
Chest: 42 Waist: 31 Bicep: 15 Quad 21 Calves: 15
I think it might be time to get lose on the juice

7 lbs in two months is very good. most people don't gain that in a year of natural training..(muscle that is).. with the bench every week force yourself to lift an extra 5 lbs on each side, set goals for yourself and make sure you hit them. helped me.
