    back picture 19/m/all natty

    im 19 5'10" 170 lbs pretty low body fat, i know one of the pictures is especially blurry. i want to get my back wider and more cut what do you recomend? for back i do dead lifts, wide grip pull downs alternated with oull ups, close grip pull downs, rows and a lat push down. any ideas would be great

    Dead lifts, Rows, Pull ups.... but eat eat eat !!!!! put on some size then cut up. so try 10, 8, 6, 4... reps in your sets. doing lower reps more weight will help you put on size only if you eat more as well. also dont go crazy with doing heavy dead lifts just yet if your form goes as the weight goes up. find a good weight and pound those bi*ches out.. good luck.

    pretty good. just keep hittin those wide grip pull ups and stretch your back in between sets

    Wide pulldowns, bent over rows and heavy, heavy deadlifts. Also when you pose squezze your shoulder blades together and raise your elbows a bit higher than your shoulders. Looking pretty good for 19.

    thanks guys, i had been doing 10-8-6-4 for a while but for the past two weeks ive been doing 3 sets each excersize with less rest. i think in another week or two im going to go back to 4.

    jtruger, I would say do keep your sets in the 6-8 range...because your a slim guy (like I am), and too high of reps arent what I feel you need to do for maximum growth..

    Eat..whats your diet like?

    and try the low rep thing. Theres sometimes misconceptions about "If I do low reps, I'll look 'blocky" but in actuality, looking "Blocky" is due to either bodyfat, water weight, or genetics. You dont need to worry about any of that at this point!
