I practise BB for 4 years with 6 months ( oct 2004 ) without training because of injury. I started again in january 2005.

Training :
Week 1 :
- Monday : Chest / Biceps
- Tuesday : Legs
- Wednesday : Shoulders / Triceps
- Thursday : Back / Biceps
- Friday : Legs
- Saturday : Chest / Triceps
- Rest

Week 2 :
- Monday : Chest / Triveps
- Tuesday : Legs
- Wednesday : Shoulders / Biceps
- Thurday : Back
- Friday : Legs
- Saturday : Biceps / Triceps
- Rest

I do cardio 5 times a week 25 -- 30 min

For the present i do this cycle for 6 weeks :
- 30 Mg Winstrol tabs
- 20 Mg Oxandrolone

On the end, i have 0 carbs in my diet

but see wtf.. he hits most his muscle groups 2x's a week, and look at the results, yet 95% of people on here say hitting anything 2x's a week is unneeded and considered overtraining? i just feel that if your body allows it wouldn't gains be much better much faster hitting muscle groups 2x's a week?
