Here are progression pics of a 3 month period. The first pic was right before I did a M1T/4AD cycle. The other 2 pics were taken two months post cycle. It was my first cycle. I have a long ways to go but you gotta start somewhere right? Here is the link to the diary I have posted during this time.

I did look like shit before....lol. Thanks alot for the support bros. I do look ahead to what will be accomplished in the future. Diet is the main component of lifting. U guys preach it all the time and now I'm a true believer. Its amazing how much better I feel just from eating clean now. I think of sugar almost like its poison these days. Except of course for the free dextrose I was lucky to get thanks to this board!

Totally appreciated bro's. Fat, hair, and pale white skin all basically suck.
