wow...thats great man.. good for you.

I can see a big difference in your face mostly..and overall totally!

you have some big quads...how'd that happen? when you get down to a real light weight (if you so desire) then your legs will still look good.

keep it up pal, nice arnie poster!

the pics are sort of dark bro so dont sweat it.

the scale when i came back read 225 and now she reads around 202...it could be a bit off.

yet either way im still a little proud.

and yes, i am going to continue leaning down until im around 9-10% bf...i love feeling a lot fitter then over weight...its amazing

    Good progress!

Were you ever "extremely" overweight? Looks like you have a lot of loose skin bunched up around the navel area.

    Just curious.

    Wow! Good job bro

You're progressively tightening up. I really see the fat went away, it's just that your skin is still loose. Just give it a bit of time.

    Keep up the good work!

Ya man, i use to be 261lbs back in grade 10. then i lost 61 pounds. then got into actually building muscle and now i got some mass on my frame and im leaning er out.

the skin issue i have talked with a few people about and they say since im only 20 that it shouldnt be an issue. but to drink lots of water and tan...that will help tighten it up a bit.

also adding mass will help to im sure...spread the skin around my BULGIN muscles

keep em coming bros if you got any critiques also

i got a question for you swole...sorry dont mean to name names...actually ANYONE can answer this...

does my progress look good for 10 weeks? i would like a general idea of how well my diet works.

i personally am pretty happy with it...its just been a strict low carb diet and 5X cario for 45 min every morning and a cheat day a week (saturday is cheat day and also a rest day).

I think your progress looks great so far. and your attitude is real positive as well. good for you bro!! if i would comment on some things to work on. i agree with you, your back, as well as your inner and upper chest and tri's. your bi's look bigger than your tri's... but overall good job. keep it up. and your wheels are thick as hell!!
