Bench...Just do reps with 315...never higher.
Deadlift......Don't do them
Squat....Reps with 365......never higher

Good luck on the comp. The diet is a bitch, but if you can make it to week 6 youll be home free. Youre pretty lean already which is a good thing. Main thing i can say to you is get practicing your posing now because trust me @ 4 weeks out you wont have the energy or desire to be doing it.

You're whole body would benefit from it! Start after your comp tho, you must be lacking energy right now and deadlifts are hard on the CNS

Thanks bro's. First time dieting, and it is hard as hell. Especially with my daughter living with me. Snack cakes and candy everywhere! Not to mention taking her to McDonalds and Chick-Fil-A. Done good so far. Have not cheated yet! Did put one of her french fries in my mouth just to taste it. Spit it out though....lol.
