Got some nice size there but are you sure those arms are 19 inches cause they sure dont look it.

I’m not 100% sure ill check with him perhaps 18 then..2 more

how tall is he?
whats he done?
if at all?

His body is out of proportion. Chest/lats and traps are very underdeveloped compared to his shoulders and arms. Holding around 15-18%bf as well. Not saying he doesn't have a good build but he's one of those guys that looks better with his shirt on.

his delts look nice in the 1st pic, i also agree that chest/lats should be focused on more.

Arms look like 16 not 18.

i dont think u can judge that from the photo
he's 6ft 2 and high body fat so i believe his arms are 18 +
does the owner of that supplement shop mind him taking his shirt off?

I would say his bf is more like 12-14%. He def has a good base to get shredded.

Yea, its definately not 15-18% he is fairly lean and has a good base. Hope he works the legs too!!

He lacks symetry. He needs to drop the weights down, leave the ego at the door and focus on his form. Trust me he will be better off in the long run.
Also, I'd tell him to visit the diet forum and make himself a clean bulking diet. When you're over 15% bulking, it usually gets out of control pretty fast.
The build is there, he needs to shape it up the right way.

I'm 12% in my pics.. so Yes I would say there is "a way" for it to be around 15 or a bit higher.. really does it even matter?

I would say that his hair is definatley a weak point. j/k
His arms are definatley bigger than 16, mine are 16 and he looks a lot bigger than myself! Im also 6'2 around 201 lbs so I can easily compare.

When he cuts down hell look pretty gd, big arms n wide shoulders. His lats dont realli exist and are realli out of proportion, and his chest needs work, but otherwise nice work!!

A big, powerful bloke.
Not everyone who lifts wants or needs to be shredded.

He looks good, if he cuts down hell look even better!
