    Recent pics: Aug 22 05'

    These are the most recent pics I have. Never touched AAS, unless you are counting pro-hormones and it's been eight months since then. It's hard to pack muscle on my frame, I'm 6' tall, about 200lbs. Everyone in my family is skinny, if I never lifted I'd likely be stuck at around 150. Maybe when I hit my 30's I'll get on some test, until then I'd prefer to do it naturally. Any comments, suggestions?

    That's a good question, I think I might start bulking in a couple months. I've taken a job in the middle east. I'll probably be so depressed that I'll want to eat every 5 minutes. Until I look at my bank account that is.

    Thanks for the encouragement everyone. I guess it is hard being natural, but since I've never really done it any other way, it's all I know. Some of the natural test boosters have been helpful in getting over pleateaus.

    Looking good man with good condition. Just want to ask how old you are. It must hard to gain being natural and lean. 30 is a long wait until you start juice man.

    Looking very good bro. Could you post another pic of your back one that, includes your traps. Hard to tell when I'm only able to see them from the front. Looks like it might be a weak area.

    24 years old. Just that I'm in no hurry is all, I mean I might never even start juice, but if I ever do, I'll do it right. It is pretty hard to gain any amount of mass and that's still eating 7 or 8 times a day. Not that I'm complaining, though. I wouldn't do all this if I didn't enjoy it.

    I'll try and get another pic of my back up there, I'm moving back to the US tomorrow and shit is all crazy right now.

    the only suggestion i have is to hit your biceps a little harder, they seem to be a little small compared to your back/legs
