    im on my 3rd cycle...i started aas about a year ago at 185 pounds..lol
    i would love to be 250 in a couple years...ive been training real hard for about 2 years and before that it was off and on for 10-12 years. Diet is real good since i started aas. I was 6'3 150 pounds in 7th grade and didnt grow much after that.
    until i found beer that is..lol

    Not to flame bro but you dont look like a guy who has done 3 cycles...you certainly are ripped but i think a bulking diet would be in your best interest...you have a really good upper back definition ill give ya that..what is your diet?

    Right now im eating 5000 cals 450-500 grams Protein and right around 600 grams carbs a day. My metabolism has always been unreal. Believe me bulk is what I want right now. Like i said I would like to hold 250 in a couple years and I'd be real happy. I wish I would of had a camera before I started a year ago would you laugh your ass off as to how skinny I was.
    I started at 185 and I first tried NO2 with some creatine for 3months, gained 7 pounds then started my first cycle at 192 (test e for 6 weeks) gained 20 pounds and kept 10. My next cycle was sus 250 with deca for 10 weeks gained 5 pounds but lost it all. I definately toned up alot off that tho. Currently running Test e 750 week, EQ 500 week, Tren 75 ED and on my 15th day of IGF and I still have 7 weeks to go on this cycle. hope to be 230-235 and keep most of it. then ill be taking 6 months off.
    All opinions are welcome and I do take alot of advice from the guys on this board as thay have been very insightful.

    agreed...Good foundation to work on, I would stay natty for a while, I think your back could do with some more chins and deads,, but good physique……
