This pic is 4 weeks out, time for the drastic changes now. As of tomorrow, no more steaks, protien powders, fruit, tuna. Just chicken, white potatoes, broccoli,flax, oats(dropping 2 weeks out) egg whites. Only food I get to eat for 4 weeks ,yippie right? I wanted to hang onto as much mass as I could until the last possible second. Next week you'll see real results.
