I remember seeing your post not too long ago. Lost that weight quick, great job! You can definitely see more vascularity in your arms and the outline of your abs as well as seperation in the center is coming right along . You were trying losing weight for a fight right? How much more are you planning to drop and in what timeframe?

chest development is largly improved. I'd say delts need a little size, but lookin good!
Looking a lot leaner... keep it up, you have a great foundation, cut that extra bf and you'll be solid.
ever since i stopped doing the weights my delts have gotten smaller. i just do high rep body-weight exercises now. I.e. incline push-ups, handstand push-ups,wide and narrow chins,dips,static squats,and some plyometric exercises.Quote:

totally diet alone. i used too eat way too much. i always tried to eat healthy but also ate alot of high fat foods too(they always tasted the best:)).Quote:
