thanks to AR and Swole's advice.....
....ive lost 15 lbs so far. went from 5'9" 205 too 5'9"190.i owe alot of that too this site thanks guys! first pic is before and second 2 are now.

I remember seeing your post not too long ago. Lost that weight quick, great job! You can definitely see more vascularity in your arms and the outline of your abs as well as seperation in the center is coming right along . You were trying losing weight for a fight right? How much more are you planning to drop and in what timeframe?

radar was this on diet alone? the reason I ask is I'm 5'9 also and would love to get to 200 even, right now I am at 254. 3 months ago it was close to 280 so I know how you are feeling right now. That's a very good transformation. I know pictures sometimes don't do you justice but SC and AR did you right. In the end it was all on you to do what you need to do,.
