if I was to critique the only things I would suggest are bigger shoulders will pop your poses alot more and a wee bit more meat on the glutes....and traps.

Your second last pic is amazing. You look like one of those science posters I had in my grade 10 science class with just a skeleton and muscles. You got no fat on you and the striations and symmetry are great. Hit the back double bi at the comp, its impressive.

by all means thanks for the critisisms!! i enjoy that, you know thats the only way to get better.....you have to be realilistic to know that the way you see yourself is not the way others see you. thanks again!
by the way i have been working on the shoulders and traps for some time now its just one of those things that i really need to focus on for them to grow like everything else.
