Solid bro. Legs are f'n sick! I know the pics are a little skewed but, are your legs more developed than your upper body? If you have a couple of better pics it might help to critique.

Your legs look mch bigger than 26".And your chest looks alot smaller than 48".Your arms look 17" though.I guess pics can be very deceiving. You look good though.

    Quads 66 cm
    chest 122 cm
    calf 41 cm
    waist 84 cm

    Arms: 16.75 in
    Quads: 26 in
    Chest: 48 in
    Calf: 16.15
    Waist: 33 in

Looks good, only thing that seems a tad bit small would be arms. Good job

Also did you measure chest relaxed or with lats spread?

Not true, there are many different approaches to this. Depends on if you are going to take diaretics too. If this is your first comp. it's more trial and error.

Post up a full pic. And 52 weeks out to diet? That is pretty ridiculous. I'd say 12 weeks give or take.

if your quads are 26" at your height and your arms are 16 3/4" thats not very symetrical

There will always be weakpoints, there´s no such thing as a perfect developed body. but your right, i need more mass in that area. Stil, think it look worse on pic than it realy is.

    He's 5'9"

    Not 6'9"

26" quads aren't gonna look outta place with 16" arms on a 5'9" pysique.

I should know...my measurements are similar on a 5'6" pysique

    Nice look Brutalis.

A full pic would be great.

    Is this your first contest?

What weight class are you aiming at?

    Thanks for Clearing that up
I´ll try to get some better pics.
Yes it´s my first contest. Im aiming at 87,5 kg class, weight now are 92 kg. So i need about 5 kg lean mass, before i begin diet.. What do you think ?

Nice legs bro. Like you said..the first thing I noticed was arms...they look a lil behind I would have guessed 16 1/2. Also I'll have to agree with everyone else lets see a lil more..lat spread, abs..etc

5'6" AND 5'9" ARE NOT THE SAME...26" quads on a 5'9" frame look huge and even bigger on your frame...didnt say they look out of place just not symetrical to upper body at the stats he presented...he is very fortunate to have good legs as he can concentrate more on bringing his upper body up

Yeah I have seen some fantastic advice handed out here . I couldnt really critique a physique on 3 random pics so I couldnt really hand out anything practical.
